There's plenty other games worth ur time.
P.S. I did try the Marvels myself and found it hard, as a solo queue for matchmaking part it's unplayable due to EOMM, (you're fighting an algorithm here).
Quick play on the other hand is a Russian roulette for (good/bad) experience.
Had enough of that in OW. Doesn't worth it.
P.S.S. I find it absolutely normal for people to want to get mostly good experience out of the game they decided to give their free time to, and if that one doesn't provide, simply move on.
I hear you, and I think a lot of players can relate to that feeling of burnout. It's tough when the negativity starts outweighing the fun of the game itself. And you've hit on a key point – the lack of self-accountability. It's so much easier to blame others for a loss than to examine your own mistakes.
It's like everyone's stuck in a 'blame game' loop, where any request for support or constructive feedback is seen as a personal attack. Instead of reflecting on their own positioning, cooldown usage, or target prioritization, they lash out and deflect blame onto their teammates.
It's a shame, because at its core, this game is about teamwork and synergy. We all have our strengths and weaknesses, and we should be able to rely on each other to fill those gaps. But when everyone's too busy pointing fingers and hurling insults, that sense of camaraderie and cooperation goes out the window.
Maybe it's time we all took a step back and asked ourselves, 'What can I do differently?' Instead of demanding more heals or more damage, maybe we should focus on improving our own gameplay and supporting our teammates in a more constructive way.
And hey, if you're ever looking for some positive and supportive teammates, feel free to reach out. We could all use a little more positivity in our gaming lives.
Feel free to add me if you want. Always looking for positive people to play with. My game name is XArchonisX.
I'm sorry that you feel that way. Honestly I don't feel this at all. Yeah players are toxic as always but honestly I love toxicity. I miss the good old days where everyone was allowed to say whatever they wanted. It's not something that ever bothered me. I just enjoy the learning, enjoy the freshness and the high quality that the game provides. Plus the hype is insane.
I hear you on missing the 'good old days' of online gaming. There was definitely something refreshing about being able to speak your mind without every comment being scrutinized under a microscope. But I think you hit on a key difference – back then, even the trash talk had a certain playful, tongue-in-cheek quality to it. It was more about witty banter and friendly ribbing than genuine malice.
People were less likely to take things personally, and there was a shared understanding that it was all in good fun. We could call each other out on bad plays or questionable strategies without it devolving into a full-blown flame war. It was like a comedy roast, where everyone was in on the joke.
These days, it feels like the line between playful banter and genuine toxicity has become blurred. People are quicker to take offense, and the consequences for a poorly worded comment can be severe. It's a shame, because it takes away from the camaraderie and lightheartedness that used to be such a big part of online gaming.
Maybe it's time we rediscovered the art of good-natured ribbing. Let's bring back the witty comebacks, the playful insults, and the shared laughter. Let's remember that it's just a game, and we're all here to have fun. After all, a little bit of friendly banter never hurt anyone, right?
