I was surprised that IW heals in her ult as well. She does 165 hp/s that slows the enemy and makes her team invisible to those outside. Compare that to C&D doing 220 hp/s and 30 damage per second. I would not be surprised if IW had a slight ult nerf next season
As an aside- the C&D stats are per stream, with four streams that do stack if layered. So a potential 880 hp/s and 120 dps. Not sure why you use that ability as a 'Why IW's Ult might be nerfed'.
That's correct, it does stack where each stream lasts 5 seconds if I recall correctly. There is a tradeoff, however, where you will cover a much smaller area by doing so. In most situations, area control is favorable over layered carpets. as 220 a second is very hard to burst down that isn't already a one shot.
I use that ability as it was an ult mentioned by Terotrous in the comment i was replying to. Luna and Mantis are ults primarily for healing. Cloak and Dagger is healing and area denial, which is more in line with IW's ult given the slow effect and healing amount. It's simply drawing comparisons how IW's ult seems to have a bit of everything without having hardly any risk, which is something C&D has to be aware of as they can be one-shot out of their ultimate.
Obviously we don't know until the devs take action. My prediction is that IW's ult just does a little too much, a little too well and will likely get turned back a little. We will have to wait and see.
If used appropriately and at the right time and in the right places, then sure, it's a dominant strat. But so too are others in other situations. The secret is to be flexible, and utilize multiple strategies in-game that are adjusted real-time to suit conditions on the ground.
I main heal and push Diamond pretty easy, all dps ego keep hardstuck gold.
