Or they are just simply better in this game in generel. Not everyone is the same. Some people can play for dozens of hours and still suck, and others can just jump into the game and be the best players in that match or multiple matches.
If you want to have fun, just have fun. Also there are heroes which are better against other heroes. If you find that someone is annoying you with a certain hero, pick an other one. Your enjoyment comes from within.
If you don't want to feel it like it is comp, don't look at it like that.

Seems like a non-issue. You'll baseline your skill and generally play with people of similar rating. Based on the philosophy of matchmaking, it should be even better for people wanting to play more casually - not that I'm supporting EOMM. Now if you play sweaty for a week, then hop on and barely try, you'll likely get thrashed.

TLDR: Based on the MMR system, you need to figure out if you want to try your best or play casually. Mixing both is setting yourself up for a bad time.

I think the topic got derailed a little bit and heated. Chill guys. Nobody is a looser here. But truth to be said that as Kazy also wrote, normally everyone will/should be put in games with people on their similar level. But outside that, PvP games are always like that. That you will always face enemies and other players who will dominate you and you feel like OP is describing. But the main point is that you yourself shouldn't let this feeling to overthrow you and just shrug it off and enjoy the gameplay.
If you can't, then simply move to an other game.
Yes sweatlords are everywhere but you shouldn't be angry about them. Rather be happy that you are not one of them.

the quickplay games i get are gooofy as hell :p
we had one game where we all kind of agreed to not play tank, it was so silly.
had another game where one person fell in the lava by accident, so four people followed him
had one game where the enemy iron fist kept trying to meet me at my spawn to Emote with me
