When will this game compensate for cheater bans and leavers
I just played a match where one person DCed first half and lost full points (i was 2 points away from gm)

Will this game not offset LP loss for things completely outside of the player's control? Cause this is starting to get ridiculous, literally every competitive game has some form of damage control when it comes to situations like these, yet marvel doesn't for some reason

not to mention that whenever you report a cheater that cost you a match and they get banned, you don't get compensated at all lmfao

Never.
They have built-in aimbot bots they put you against without telling you outside of v bots, they clearly isn't care

If you're solo queuing, your essentially telling the matchmaker you're OK with the best players they can give you for your teammates. Unfortunately, it's unrealistic to believe the AI can just read your mind and give you the best teammates each and every round. That will never happen.

It's pretty much a consequence for trying to take the easy route to victory I suppose.

As more people play though, it'll probably improve a little bit here and there since it'll have more information to go off of when it comes to picking people. But who knows how long it'll take to get that far.

how does that justify the integrity of my match being affected by a leaver ? and what part about a queueing system is AI, lol?

easy route to victory = playing game as intended ? wat?

Children comics' lovers must suffer or stop living with parents and find a job and a girlfriend.

Throwers and leavers are horrible, this morning I had a Jeff throw me over a cliff so I said on mic, "gotta right click dude to throw out friendlies". His response.. "I knew what I was doing" and then threw the rest of the game. Why are these players that do this stuff even aloud in ranked. It is stupid and quite frustrating.

Imagine, not being able to control other people's actions. I love these people, they are trying to show you that the game should not be taken seriously. #TouchGrass

How precisely would you fix it though. What would the AI need to know and do to be able to pull it off. I'd like to know this, and see how realistic your expectations really are I suppose. The matchmaker can only go off stats in game. Do you think it knows how you play, and finds people who can sync well with you? Remember, each and every person plays differently, and some will work better together then others. What might not work for you, might work great with someone else.

Do you think it knows you're preferences in people? I sure as heck don't see how it would know that.

All it see's is how well you did in matches at best... and it tries to pick based off that. If you're getting stomped regularly, even if you have decent stats.... You're still getting stomped and losing regularly. So it's probably thinks you're just another bad player, and gives you teammates that are around you in terms what it thinks you actually are.

I feel like people believe that the matchmaker is on par with Jesus or god. It can preform miracles at the will and everything will be perfect and fun for, well in most cases people just care about their own fun and not that of others lol. But in reality, that's never going to happen. That's what we call fantasy, or the wonderful world of make believe, and nothing more.

you're talking about something entirely different here though.. the point here isn't about the matchmaking system at all, it's about not being compensated fairly for losing a match completely outside of somebody's control.. which in a team based game is an absurdity in itself, considering that even games like valorant or other team based games like league have safety measures in place for situations like these to make it bitter sweet - i'm just irritated at the fact that for some reason - somehow - this wasn't considered in marvel rivals O_o

i don't get the point you're trying to make here, just rambling about something completely unrelated. for the record i'm gm2 now trying to climb back to eternity, it's just these little oversights that the devs didn't account for that bite the player base from time to time, stuff like that ruins gameplay especially in high elo

lol if it makes you feel any better there were people gatekeeping eternity placements towards the end of s0 by win trading / inting on purpose. they'd use jeff too XD
