If you insist on going down this rabbit hole though I won't stop you.
On Marvel Rivals steam page, click on the controller icon to the right of the play button. Edit layout. Go to Sticks, find the left stick and change it's behavior to directional pad, and set each direction to be WASD. If done right, left stick will emulate WASD.
Do this to all buttons you desire to use while doing this, and unassign all other buttons by pressing Square/X/Y on the highlighted option depending on which controller you use, this is to prevent the game from reading controller inputs.
HidHide is intended to be a controller solution to prevent duplicate inputs on "multiple" controllers. It doesn't actually hide the controller, it just forces the controller to be read ONCE. This is useful for Steam since Steam Input emulates a 360 controller, without this app the game will see inputs from how Windows normally sees your controller ON TOP OF said emulated 360 controller. This doesn't do the thing you were hoping for, BUT it's still recommended to have anyway since you want to use a keyboard.
I sent you a friend request in case you need help.
You're not fooling anyone.
Just play like a normal person. Mouse and keyboard. Or - if you are special - play purely on a controller instead. Not both "combined".
It doesn’t do that duderino. It’s normal on OW2. No aim assist.
