Super speed is a tough thing to really nail down in a game like this. Having a character that's supposed to be able to move much faster than most other heroes but actually be balanced is tricky, IMO.

One ability I could think of would be something he'd activate to make him complete immune to projectiles for a couple of seconds. Have the animation be him dodging everything matrix-style.

I really want to see him included but I absolutely understand why he'd be an issue, perhaps something akin to storms speed boost primarily for himself, her ult is also a decent basis for what his could be.

Everything else would have to be close range imo.
