Daggers ult is probably bottom tier

Its defective and its just a copy of psylockes ult. Psylockes ult is way more better ...guys please tell me is cloak and daggers ult the same tier as psylocke? Cause if its not all cloak and daggers should just switch over to psylocke. Legit they are supposed to be the same yet the ult isnt even contributing as much as dance of the butterfly.

Cloak ult does exactly what its supposed to. If can negate or counter most dps ults. Like psylocke, storm, strange etc. It also does a decent amount of tick damage to enemies on the carpet.

wtf are you even talking about? Who say C&D ult is supposed to be Psylocke's? They function in completely different ways. Disregard the fact C&D are insanely good support that can morph into an okay duelist, their ult is balanced.
I'm a C&D main that hit gold rank in solo queue, so I think that makes me qualified stating this.

her ult is absolutely broken, it heals nearly instantly to full health, had 4 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ charges now, covers insane area and allows you to basically win any contest if enemy supps dont have ult. you're brobably below plat if you talk stuff like that

its not contributing nothing and someone with a professional rank this guy named bugzie ulted and this ult didnt contribute to anything. Point here is always go psylocke if your just going to pick a defective psylocke ult. Dont choose the worse clone in marvel rivals never pick dagger always go psylocke herself. Cloak and dagger is just pretending to be psylocke and doing bad at it.

It did what it was hoing to do with that placement. Also cant force idiots onto the nice healing like squirrel girl in the second ult. It more than did its job and was super effective first ult

The only problem with cloak and dagger ult is that people even in platinum and diamond don't understand that if they stand ON IT, THEY CAN BE ALMOST IMMORTAL TEMPORARILY.
