As you get older into your 30's or 40's you'll start to feel the effects of prolonged gaming. Treat your body good and you'll have fewer problems as you get old and your body diminishes naturally.
edit - if any nauseousness and vomiting over the period of a few days, seek urgent care.
I'm not a medical professional, and only provide this as to show care for another person's health. You should be every effort to seek professional help. Failure in doing so is your own discretion and I hold no responsibility over a random stranger's personal health issues.
Also stay hydrated. Dehydration happens more often than not and it causes headaches. Also take frequent breaks to prevent blood clotting. you don't want to live a sedentary lifestlye. You're only asking for trouble later down the road. You may be young now and healthy but when all this stuff catches up to you, it'll be irreversible or extremely difficult. Be proactive and responsible for yourself because no one else is going to do it for you nor should they be expected to. If it ever comes to the point where someone has to, then you won't be able to sit in front of a computer and game. you'll be on a bed and in hospice care.
