Rocket racoon is useless
There is no reason to have a rocket over any other support.
Useless ult.
Somehow they end up with crazy healing but doesnt deal damage so we cant push any chokes.
Unlucky useless champ

he is the best against any kind of dive, he has all the tools to survive and thrive against divers, even kill them, and even drop down on unsuspecting flankers and quickly dispose of them if the situation allows it, prob one of the best soloq supports when coordination isnt the best and you have to fend for yourself, you forgot to mention he has a free revive every 40 seconds and is the best at destroying shields and shredding tanks (he is venom worst nightmare)

Rocket is good against Dive but personally I think the best anti-dive Support is Loki by far, and it's not even close.

The only support who is plain bad against Dive is Adam Warlock. Jeff is so-so and a skill match, same with Luna. Luna is worse than Sue except if you can land your snowball (and nobody hits them while frozen). Mantis is like an improved Luna against Dive and is about on the same level as Dagger.

Rocket is better than all of them. But Loki is better than Rocket.

Loki has all the tricks to beat Dive. Every single one of his cooldowns is anti-dive. And he can handle not just one but two or even three divers going at him if he's really good. And if all else fails he can just do like Susan and disappear, only his invisibiltiy is superior.
i wouldnt call loki better vs dive when his best tool is on a 30 second cd, outside of that, it greatly depends on the flanker, if they have mobility, and your shift is down, the chances are you are just going to die if you get no help

The advantage Loki has is that in a dive he does both healing and damage. 3 Lokis shooting someone takes them down in seconds, and that's while healing the person they were fighting against. Loki also has a much better ult, particularly if the other support is Luna or Mantis.

I wouldn't say he's better than Rocket, but he has advantages outside of the rune.

While he's not the best at spike healing ( quickly healing a single target ), his group healing is insane. Being able to heal multiple targets at the same time. Being able to throw an item that revives one dead teammate is pretty darn big too.

I can also indirectly heal people outside of danger by banking shots.

His DPS is actually decent, but on close targets, preferably melee targets that are huge in size ( he shreds Hulk, Venom, Thor and Magneto ).

Also... I love doing this to Hawkeyes lol.

100% this, mine looks similar too, i do find though if you need to spike heal it can be done but you are put in danger, if you boost at the target to reduce travel time and heal from closer but then you are in the danger zone and have to be careful.

My best healing game this season was a 40,402 game and i am averaging 22k/10min. Op just angry that they cant kill a rocket :P
I'm also very similar to these #s. Best Healing is 42k I think maybe a little more. I do 21.5k/10min lots of assist. Very low deaths. Nobody dives me and when they do it's dash/ wall climb/gone or dash dash wall climb gone all the while I'm still healing bouncing orbs everywhere.
Even a poorly placed ult gets massive benefits. If the enemy team wants to waste resources and time into shooting it that's fine by me as your not shooting my teammates. I'll just build another ult in 30 seconds

Yes, Raccoon is the weakest healer 100%
Please leave him alone and ignore so i can continue to pick him and win games, kthx
No one can contest the spider vehicle ( or has dance moves ) like Rocket either, lol:

Tank main that runs Luna and Invisible Woman as Flex in ranked btw.

1 match this season on Rocket.

"I don't know how to play" with a misleading title.

I love my rocket, unless my team are complete asshats which is sadly way too often he's great. His extra res, the armor pads and the constant stream of heal balls are really good.
And very hard to kill.

I'm sorry, I LOVE Rocket, but compared to everyone else he is useless. The current meta is Luna, IW, Mantis and C&D. Four supports with immortality ults. Rocket's ult is useless in comparison, and he can't use his to counter their's. If one team has Luna + Rocket, and the other has IW + Luna, the IW + Luna one is winning 100% of the time.

Rocket isn't useless if you look at him in a bubble, but in a game where every other support is busted and he's the only one that's not, he's not a good pick.

A lot of people seem to forget that he rezzes.

Also, I agree that he doesn't push super well, IMO you generally want him on defense more than offense, getting to rez an early pick back into the fight is big for sustain.
Rocket is good at group and long ranged healing.
Your ally is playing a diver across the map way out of the healing range of every other Strategist? Toss some healing orbs their way to help them survive their dive.
The enemy team (or your team at times) has a Groot that blocks the healing of every other Strategist with his walls? Get high ground elevated enough to shoot the orbs over the walls to heal your allies on the other side of them.
Your team is going into a big push or a critical defend? Throw your +40% damage buff ultimate near them so they slaughter the enemy team.
Your ally accidentally died? They are now instantly revived and back in the fray.

There are many good reasons to use Rocket. You just need to improve your positioning and expectations. His job is to help you do your job better, but you also have to be decent at your job to begin with or it's a you fault situation.

Rockets healing is amazing, although he's more of a party heal and not a tank heal, so best to pair with someone who can do strong single-target heals. His ult is so-so true, but his reviver is practically ult-worthy on its own for how much of an impact it has. And he's the least-killable support. Overall it's absolutely no surprise he's the healer with the highest win rate.
