Your chances of winning increase. There is that. Rocket has the highest win rate in the game I believe currently. He's that good.
A bad rocket your right a good rocket can carry.
Rocket is probably the best healer in the game. You can't really Flank him cause 2 dashes and your safe. Oh and the dude crawls on walls
Come enemy team waste your time sending your flankers on some expedition to reach me all while our team is in a 6v5 only for me to ping your flanker, dash away, climb a wall and my team turns around and kills you

While he's not the best at spike healing ( quickly healing a single target ), his group healing is insane. Being able to heal multiple targets at the same time. Being able to throw an item that revives one dead teammate is pretty darn big too. It's cool down is 40 seconds too, so you can get it up pretty regularly. If you destroy it to move it it only takes 5 seconds to throw another.
I can also indirectly heal people outside of danger by banking shots.
His DPS is actually decent, but on close targets, preferably melee targets that are huge in size ( he shreds Hulk, Venom, Thor and Magneto ).
Also... I love doing this to Hawkeyes lol.

100% this, mine looks similar too, i do find though if you need to spike heal it can be done but you are put in danger, if you boost at the target to reduce travel time and heal from closer but then you are in the danger zone and have to be careful.
My best healing game this season was a 40,402 game and i am averaging 22k/10min. Op just angry that they cant kill a rocket :P
Without ults, Rocket is better than Luna, Mantis and Dagger at sustain. They only manage to pull ahead beacuse their ults can sustain a team through enemy ults. Even with their ults, Rocket will still heal more than any of them.
Rocket more than makes up for it with his survivability and his Rez machine/Torb Armor Packs, and his Ult wins team matches in an offensive way.
Forgot to mention he is the only healer capable of healing without direct line of sight, with just his basic attack

You notice at range it takes like 4 clips to take down hulks health? But up close it takes 1 or 2 dependent on if you land headshots or not..
His bullets are also projectiles, so you're going to have to lead targets a little bit in order to land shots. The closer they are the closer to the targets you can aim.
Rocket is good against Dive but personally I think the best anti-dive Support is Loki by far, and it's not even close.
The only support who is plain bad against Dive is Adam Warlock. Jeff is so-so and a skill match, same with Luna. Luna is worse than Sue except if you can land your snowball (and nobody hits them while frozen). Mantis is like an improved Luna against Dive and is about on the same level as Dagger.
Rocket is better than all of them. But Loki is better than Rocket.
Loki has all the tricks to beat Dive. Every single one of his cooldowns is anti-dive. And he can handle not just one but two or even three divers going at him if he's really good. And if all else fails he can just do like Susan and disappear, only his invisibiltiy is superior.
