Why? We have missions for it, but now I have to rely on RNG, which is so absolutely moronic that they have specific missions for it too.

Midtown is still in the rotation it's just dumb luck. During S1's first days you were being matched into it a lot because there was a specific matchmaking option for Quick Play on Midtown specifically, but now it has equal chance to every other map.

My advice: just focus on the event mission requirements that don't need a specific map. It'll be faster overall now that you can't force it to be the new map.
