How do you avoid getting banished to the shadow realm after losing two QP matches?

I'm trying to learn a new character and it's aggravating to be sent into a dumbass bot match every time I lose two in a row.

the only way to do so is to not lose 2 QP matches you cant turn the bots off so just dont lose
