None of them know wtf are they talking about and half of them do not deserve to be anywhere above silver honestly. If you listen to actual grandmaster or even one above all rank players, people who are actually good, generally it is agreed that yes, solo que is absolute nightmare and it's the case for most team games.
It is obviously not out of question that perhaps some people who think they are stuck because of the teams are also themselves a problem but idk you, idk how you play and so I am going to give you benefit of the doubt cause I feel your pain. Long story short, I experienced solo q climb and it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ brutal and I played with diamond people and hold my own there just fine. Yet in solo q it's like wow, I guess I have to play two roles at once for us to win, huh? Very very cool I guess.
You will absolutely go on insane losing streaks due to bad luck but one thing you can do is try to keep your head clear cause thats how I end mine usually. Even if game seems lost, you can still win. Only time it is trully over is when team is at each others throat or throwing, and I mean literally throwing... not some bs where healer gets death threats because someone died out of position once... no... I mean like game starts and 4 ♥♥♥♥ sticks decide it's funny to go 4 healers in ranked game and then somehow still manage to let you a single dps (who they forced to go dps by the way) to die in seconds and then through the match team comp jumps from 1/1/4 to 1/3/2 to 1/4/1 to 3/1/2 till finally aty very last moment of overtime something clicks and they all go hmmmm how about we go where no man has gone before? how about we go 2/2/2.... but then it's too late and you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lose anyways.... so yeah that kind of throwing or they are too busy ♥♥♥♥ talking so no one plays, those are only two situations when game is truly over, anything else you can still win and as long as you truly try in every other situation, you will see results.
Dropped 30+ kills in all the wins as well.
I've always wanted to see the hard stuck player that never makes any mistakes but his team forever lets them down.
It's a team game learn to switch to what's needed asap.
