even in the hands of the players who have 10 or 3 hrs he can do a lot of impact in the match
Low B tier or High B tier
Jeff is probably the lowest skill ceiling imo, just bc of how really simple his kit is. It does mean he's great to start off with though
Arc Jan 16 @ 8:17pm
Mantis (dps level damage, stun, high healing, attack buff (use it on allies; 12% buff on herself makes literally 0 difference in her time to kill v most enemies), broken ult she can still act during)
>
Luna (also dps level damage, also a stun, but also has hitscan infinite pierce projectile and her broken ult is an attack buff if she wants)
>
Loki (has both of these ults and any other ult in the game from an absurdly long teleport and infinite duration ult, good damage with clones, shift healing is really strong)
>
Invisible Woman (infinite pierce 80 dps healing/damaging m1, can both deny divers and deny escapes with her force push/pull, good harass with shift, another blatantly broken "make the team unkillable" ult; only this low because her own healing is based on being in stealth, which means she's not healing people)
>
CnD (team wide invul on a decent cooldown, field has good healing, okay ult, pretty bad damage but it can't miss)
>
Rocket (hold rmb simulator with an ult that simply isn't as good as making your team nearly immortal for near or over 10 seconds, the way his healing works means he often can't do anything but hold rmb or his team just dies)
>
Adam Warlock (mediocre healing with soul bond in particular being absurdly long cooldown, reviving people 1 hit from death isn't remotely close to as good as not letting anyone die, supposed to be good at damage but his right mouse button is 38 x 5; 190 damage if all hit, which is barely more damage than invis woman is doing by holding m1 for 2 seconds and she's doing this with infinite pierce and healing and she has the third best m1 in this list)
>
Jeff (he just dies if people attack him, he has no stun, his only escape is to literally just run away with a speed buff, his healing needs to reload way too much, his damage is bad, his ult is easily countered by shooting him so he dies)

Meanwhile based on winrate alone, Rocket>Mantis>Loki>Adam>Invisible Woman>Cloak and Dagger>Luna>Jeff. I'm sure part of that is due to the meta slave effect though, where the worst players play the most meta heroes and lose because they are the worst players.

If you are great with every character then Loki.
Loki can't counter ult fast enough. Even if you assume the perfect conditions where there's a Luna immediately in his LOS when he needs, and he's able to aim at them and Q almost instantly, that 1 second it takes for him to transform is too long to counter something like a Strange ult, and he doesn't have CC immunity during the transformation itself either.
Loki can counter a ton of ults simply by using his rune stones they block all incoming damage and heal allies for the damage taken. You have this on a relatively short CD for the insane impact it has in lot of fights when used properly. He's also by far the hardest support to lockdown with any flankers.

imo it's a fight between mantis and luna, mantis is just a DPS in disguise with strong CC to deal with divers and a wimpy version of Luna's ult.

Luna's a bit weaker at direct combat but her ult just turns the game off for anything that isn't a one-shot kill.

I think Loki's debatably up there though, can just copy whatever ult fits the situation and his healing fields are honestly like micro luna ults, especially stacked. Yes you can shoot the stone out but by the time you even register they're there they've done a ton of healing already.

Loki is too weak in some situations to be top imo, and this is coming from someone who plays him a ton. He'a a hybrid who can't easily swap between healing or damage, or do what Mantis does and give healing over time while damaging. He doesn't have any ways of saving himself that are necessarily efficient or effective. Even his ult, which can work really well in some situations, boils down to "Do they have Luna? If so, just save the ult to copy and counterult her". I just feel he generally lacks in some areas to be put at the top

Luna is strongest character in the game. And yes just because of her ult.

Luna is overrated. Sure, her ult is borderline OP, but easy to use. Adam actually is far better, but his ult is very hard for less experienced players to use properly. I think main issue how Luna is considered best support is that her ult actually counters most of high damage ultimates you see from DPS heroes most efficiently, while other supports have no direct way to counter majority of those Iron man, starlord etc. ults.

My favorite to use is Cloak and Dagger. I've spent a lot of time playing Luna Snow as well. Mantis and Invisible Woman are fun too.

I like C&D the most because I can surive dive and flank attempts a lot better with them than the others. So I've got more uptime overall. I can't heal my team if I'm dead.

As someone who used to main Mercy in the good old days of resurrection ult, it's really not that impressive. Res is super flashy but very rarely does it actually work out in favor of your team. It certainly CAN do so, but it's about as likely as a quint with Scarlett Witch. Rocket's automatic insta-res of the first person to die is way more valuable.
Cant tell the best, but I like playing as Invisible Women

thats true
even with minimal practice you can do a lot of damage and healing with the land shark even topscoring and MVP too

anyone that isnt jeff for sure
Maybe local at marvel rivals meta.
The offical site posts the pick/winrate of all strategists. Across all ranks

Current highest pick rate is
Luna 20.66%
Cloak 20.58%
Followed by mantis 19.77%

They have winrates respectively of
49.74%
46.66%
55.2%

Male of that wat you will.
Some may argue that higher pick rate drives down winrate or maybe the pick rate is just high on abysmal supports who knows
Raccoon is the best for holding down the Spider Car as well in last ditch efforts to push it to the next check point!
