Hero Proficiency Bugged

hey i got a question about hero profficiency, i feel like im losing my mind because im not understanding how the progress is kept. win or lose matches doesn't matter because the count on my progress is being randomized. i dont know if this is a bug or something or if im not doing it right but it's not clear in-game so here i am. for captain america im trying to achieve lord status for his profficiency, one of the challenges is to get 65KO. i've gotten it up to 55, but for some reason it's dropped to 5/65. you can understand my frustration here after farming solo KO's. at first i thought it was dropping because i was losing games but infact it never went down when i was defeated, it went down after i won a match. again the rules to completing this is NOT clear in-game. im not sure if it means to get 65KO's in one match or over-time. but if it was during one match then that would'nt make sense considering i got it up to 55 but i didn't even get 55 kills the match prior so im thinking it's over-time so why isn't my progress being kept? same thing is happening with the other challenges like hero usage for 60 min. and i think the other ones aswell. im not sure if this is just a captain america proficiency issue or if this is a general bug or if im just doing it wrong but please give me some clarity

hey, the challenges reset every time you complete them.

think of the top challenge (spend time on a character) if you play for 2 hours and the challenge is to play for 60 minutes then you'll complete the challenge twice and it'll continue to reset and give you points every time you complete it

feel this too, been trying to grind moon knight but it wont count any of my tasks and won't update my proficiency either

the challenges reset when you complete them lets say you want to get lord on a hero and one of their challenges is to get 10 KO's you would KO 10 players and then the challenge would give your points towards the proficiency and reset so you can complete it again

You mean these right? When you complete one, it automatically pushes that bar between Professional and the tasks up and resets the challenge so you can do it over and over again.

These also don't go up in Vs AI matches, must be Quickplay, ranked or probably special game modes ( Doom Match ) that are credited...

The requirements go up every rank as well. I just hit Captain on Rocket and now it requires 2000 points, the challenges require more healing, kills/assists, brb revives and time played, but also give out more points when I complete them to raise the rank...
