theyd have to or theyd be sued for using the ip.. no idea how much of a kickback though.. could be 5% or 50%. im sure disney is just happy to actually make money since they ♥♥♥♥ the bed with majority of their movies and shows lately.. noone liked she-hulk but everyone loved deadpool and wolverine.
