Why does Bruce Banner needs to transform EVERY TIME?!

I mean...is there a genuine reason why someone wouldn't transform into the Hulk once the match starts or respawn? It's ridiculous and tedious

can't you use the Q to tank some more if they hit you while you are transforming?

It's a handicap for the strongest one there is. The entire enemy team will hear the ult and know I'm there before the match even starts. That way when they're slightly out of position and get punched to death and I jump back to my team's healer they know it's their fault.

If you're not using his gun to shoot people until you take some damage and then transform to heal said damage, you are doing it wrong.
I've gotten multiple kills with Banner's gun.

He's too fragile, you're risking getting insta killed, plus you're not doing your job as a tank
