Pretty sure reports are handled by AI not people

I've reported people for some things that are FAR more offensive than others; and the minor ones I get an email notice saying they've been banned, but the egregious and more offensive ones that would require a person to actually read because they are vile messages but not using trigger curse words or anything-- nothing happens.

Does that really surprise you? These are people so dedicated to hatred that they share how to bypass chat filters and stuff to say awful things without consequences. Imagine the poor human being(s) having to read this awful ♥♥♥♥, day in, day out. Having to make judgement calls about what is okay, what is not. Probably some mandate on how to handle these things. Or, if the human agrees with the messaging.. What can you do then??

Keep reporting it and calling it out when you see it. Don't let them win by growing apathetic to the cruelty, antagonism and incivility they're spreading.
