I think you mean the writer of the voice lines. The Voice Actors dont decide what they say they just read what the writers give them

Nah, with all the time they had for a little of bit of studying, they relay on sterotype and technical methods to make the voice feel good, instead of emotional and character driven

At the very least Spider-Man, Iron Man, Hulk (not Banner tho), Thor, Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Rocket Raccon and multiple others have kept the same VAs they've had for at least the last ten years' worth of videogames and cartoons, very particularly including Marvel Midnight Suns, the various Spider-Man games and animated series (even one of the ones that had a diffrent Spider-Man voice) and most the LEGO adaptations.
This game has quality talent behind it.

This game has quality talent behind it.

Still a part of their formation, but it's easy to go on stereotypes. Thor is big, loud and a good character? Than act like this; same reasonign beyond Spider-Man. If you look at their works and listen properly you will hear that there's not much difference between a character and another, maybe a change of tone. Still i don't use the word "Talend" as much of the pople of this planet keeps using it. Talent came from greek: Ability. You have to emprove the ability not stick in what is easy, that's the big difference between a common voice actor and the best.

Seriously tho, that seems kinda cheesy. We got that a lot back before CGI cutscenes was a thing where the main character reads the intro like a journal. I'm not sure gamers today would appreciate that.
