Help on how to deal with cloak and dagger.

I main tank a lot of the time so I dont have to worry about it much, but how do you deal with them when you're DPS.

The fact they have a *non ult* ability that negates all ults confuses me on how to deal with it.

Like if I get no kills but pull a Luna ult it was a win in my opinion, same with mantis.

But the fact they can negate it whenever confuses me.

I play as storm and a team with a cloak and dagger my options have been, kill them first and then use the ult, or waste my ult.

I'm sure I'm just being stupid and doing something poorly but what is it? Any tips?

If you keep the pressure on them and make them pop their phase and bubble then you've removed like most of their ways to stay alive. Just get them to pop one of those and then ♥♥♥♥ off, heal up, and go back in. Also worth noting her team-wide phase doesn't work if the enemy team keeps shooting or using abilities, so you can still get a pick if the someone doesn't let go of an ability like strange's shield
