Character Switching

Overall, a very great experience for me during the beta. There's certainly a ton of Overwatch ripoffs going on here and I understand it's hard to reinvent the wheel in this genre but if there's one thing that absolutely needs to go in this game, it's definitely the option of switching characters mid game. It may have worked in Overwatch, but it most certainly does not work here. There are super viable team-ups in the game which can make or break a match. And when you're balls to the walls in combat, you may not even notice when a teammate switches characters and you're left there spamming an ability key that no longer exists anymore.

Even worse, it typically forces you to change characters too. Magneto becomes entirely obsolete without a Scarlet Witch on the team for example. I'm completely fine with characters being switched around in between rounds. In most cases, it's going to be the losing team doing this to try to counter the winning team should they be rolling the same comp. This is where a team can actually communicate to find a better comp that will work or switch roles around. But being able to change mid game is always a sloppy disaster. I see people switching between 5 or 6 different characters in a single round, suddenly finding out that we don't even have a healer or tank at all. Either that, or you're getting people yelling at each other to switch characters mid match and then you have a whole team of 6 people sitting there arguing about who is playing what when you should be oh i dont know....playing the damn game?

Switching mid game is such a troll thing to do and needs to be removed from competitive mode entirely. Leave that ♥♥♥♥ in QM.
