bots & matchmaking

So if you lose a match or two in casual/quick match mode, you will 100% be playing against a bunch of bots. This need to stop man, this is ruining the fun for me. I can understand if they do that for newbies, but not for people who have already played a few hours. Everytime my team lose, I have to play against bots for one match before I can play against human players again. Who designed this BS system??
Is this just to make the average players feel better so they don't ragequit? This is so stupid.

Matchmaking is a joke, if someone ends up dying a few times or having to play as a tank, they just leave the match or afk. The penalty for leaving a match or afk needs to be an 1 hour ban or 1 day ban. Otherwise, people keep leaving/afk during match whenever they feel like doing it. There are so many people choosing to play healer every single match (auto lock in etc), it's insane, I think the healing/support role is way more popular than even dps role. You need to nerf the heck out of healers, like reducing their damage output significantly, otherwise rename the game to Marvel healers.
