Only the one that says permanent. Which I believe is only the cyan venom skin. There are some sprays you keep too.

No, you don't. You don't keep any skins, any currency, any achievements, any sprays, any characters or anything else not marked PERMANENT. The only things you'll keep when the game launches are the MvC Venom skin at BP level 30, the nameplate at BP level 40, and the spray for reaching gold in competitive.
