What's even more egregious is that there is no listed time-frame on the non-disparagement clause, which seems to suggest that if you sign this agreement, you wouldn't be allowed to say anything negative about the game, Marvel or any of its properties for the rest of your life. It also states that if you sign the agreement and do say anything negative about it, then you also agree to pay restitutions for any potential damage to the Marvel brand.
