How to do cost over?

How can I make enemies do cost over?

this is the S1-7 arcade mode, and I don't have any clue on how to do that

please help!!!

Kill Katerina first, then Elfin.
This will result in Elfin respawning at 50% health.

ah ok, but I did figure it out, only issue of this game is the annoying 3v2 arcade mode which ai just focus on player and doesn't give breathing room to fight back
