Walkthrough or Guide?

It might be a little too early considering the game only got released a couple days ago, but does anyone know of a guide or walkthrough for this game? Without it I'm stuck with the generic good/bad ends and get 0 actual content. I tried using Japanese guides but for whatever reason it seems like there are extra choices that I'm not encountering. What remained in censored version?

I'm playing the game now, and after three hours I wonder, what is left of this in the unpatched Steam version? A few scenes? How are they put together then?
