Passive Infinities description: Get Infinities passively based on fastest Infinity divided by 1.00.
Actual math: 1/(fI*2)

That description could use some work.

The "divided by" part changes depending on your fastest infinity. For example, for me it says 11.9, "currently 125 / 67ms."

Not saying it's poorly explained - game has a heavy case of "lost in translation" paired up with (apparently) several translation means being used at different times. So yeah, translations need a little less BabelFish and a little more actual QA.

A lot of the the math becomes trivia once you're earning a number of infinities per second that requires a scientific exponent with four digits (or more) after the "e" tho.

That much I understand. I'm assuming the math is 1/(fI*2) as my current fastest is 1.3 seconds, and it gives current passive Infinities at a rate of 1/2.7 (so I'm guessing there's some thousandth decimal place rounding).
For reference, my fastest infinity is at the (old) cap of 33ms. The formula in the description ("divided by 11.19) would give me ~0.029 milliseconds per infinity, or 29 infinities per second, which, well, to say it's "far off" from the supposed "125 per 67 ms" the second part of the description displays would be a huge understatement.

So yes, some descriptions are lackluster, and I've learnt to only trust my eyes in this game. A lot of things sound better than they are, others sound far worse. Since I've seen similar cases before and not just in gaming, I'm quite sure it's the language barrier coupled with either laziness (of which I won't accuse developers of until enough proof arises,) or a lack of understanding on why these descriptions don't work in English the way they may in their original language (French, if what I've read while looking around is true.)
