Is the dilation tree bottom-3 upgrade useless?

Where I'm at I would only get a x106 bonus from my 53 supernovas.
While the top-2 upgrade is giving me x1.9e15 bonus with my 43.5 million eternities.
Why would you ever get the bottom-3 upgrade?

Maybe it was changed in the new update? Even so, max both for bigger bonus.

All upgrades are really good depending on how far you are in the game. You will occasionally have to change your setup for more score than DP or go full on DP. Its a trial and error till you figure out the perfect balance.

Those upgrades are multiplicative. None of them's worth much on their own.

B3 is probably the strongest DP bonus at early DTP. You go for 1 point in T2, then go max B3, C3 and then switch to middle but B3 comes back later again.
