Offline Flux

I know you use the Time Flux to speed up the game by a few mins to many hours. But how do you use Offline Flux?

Can you only save up Offline Flux until you activate Automatic use on startup?

Offline Flux is a mechanic similar to many other idle games, where it simulates the time spent not playing and gives a portion of the progression you would have seen if you had stayed online for that long.

so all I can do if I don't have Automatic use activated is to save it up then turn on Automatic use

If you have automatic use off, then it will ask you when you start the game whether to use it or not. You can choose to use it and then it will burn the flux with whatever setup you had last left with. I found that a good way to burn my flux to get to my first unity after having been away from the game for a while before the update.


Do note that if you hop offline and then back online quickly, it will not try to use offline flux. You need to have the game shut down for at least a few minutes before it will pop the question when starting, even if you still had offline flux in storage.
