Seems upgrade 17;2 just doesn't do anything.
I have my challenge times fast enough that 17;2 says it's going to boost my IP gains by 4x but immediately after purchasing it, I noticed that absolutely nothing changed about my IP gains. Looking at the stats page, my IP/s is exactly the same.
