Fire your antivirus for having poor work ethics, but otherwise use the steam file check to reinstall missing or damaged files?

As far as trying to fix things via Steam goes, go to your library, locate Revolution Idle in that list, right click on its name in the list, Go to "Properties" which will bring you a popup window (and hopefully trashwarebytes or n00bton or whatever "anti"virus you're using won't block that too,) the third option in that window is "Installed Files" and clicking on it will show you several options, the last one being "verify integrity of game files."

Click on that and it will hopefully fix it, although the real problem is not the game or Steam.

And for you unruly AV, put the Exe on whitelist. There is one. Then it will ignore the exe in his future actions.

If you can't get your files back, then that is a problem because they should be backed up to steam cloud. In any case, your antivirus is definitely overly paranoid. Like phillip_lynx said, you should be able to put the exe file on a whilelist to stop it from flagging the file as dangerous.
