Mouse moves up and right

When I try to play the game, my mouse ends up floating to the top right corner. It is only when I open the game and makes it impossible to play.

Do you have a controller connected, some Games tend to acknowledge the right Stick as Mouse Movement, while they don't have a "Deadzone" Setting, so if the controller has the slightest drift it will show in Mouse movement.
