1. Once you've cleared the 16th tier, your generators are really good.
2. Because your generators are really good, this means you can trounce the infinity challenges. I have most challenges at 3-10 seconds, 8th challenge at 16 seconds, and the 9th challenge at 48 seconds. This can go even further, according to others.
3. Trouncing the infinity challenges brings up the multipliers for your challenge time-sum upgrades. For example, my first generator gets a free 11.5x from the challenges having good times, and your 4th promotion also gets a pretty good boost from the 4th challenge having a good time. I'm sure it can go even further than this.
4. This stacks with your infinities, which gets a multiplier boost based on your sum of challenge times. In my case, it's 6x.
5. The infinities all apply boosts to your generators. For your first generator, it's basically a flat multiplication based on how many infinities you have, though I'm sure it feeds back into some of the lower tier upgrades even further.
6. Turn your infinity on, don't leave it broken. Turn off your automation besides prestige, tune it a little bit, and then just let the game farm for infinities. I'm gaining 13 infinities for every infinite, with an infinity at every 1.5 seconds, about 8 infinities per second. It can probably get a little faster with a bit more tuning and time.
7. This will make your generators and other upgrades even better. The infinities also multiplicatively boost ascensions and your IP gain.
8. Break infinity, and turn the rest of your automations on, except infinity automations.
9. Find the limit of your run, and let your auto-infinity do the rest of the work.
(Rinse and repeat until you get past the barrier).
It's a bit annoying, because when you're doing long runs, the fastest way to get promotions up is to just set the auto-promote to kick in at a high value (like 200). But in my experience, it gets clogged past 1e3080 lap score, and just doesn't want to get any higher than level 800, but the extra 100 or so levels that it's not automatically acquiring get you to those 10x IP gains much faster. The ideal scenario is that you promote to about level 800s, and then they just never promote, but the automation doesn't *really* allow for that in the way I'd like it to.
Your prestige will stop working as well, but the ip will grind up much faster. 10x mult gain or 100x mult gain seems to work pretty well from my perspective.
Got a 5 million IP gain in one run, about 10 or so minutes, with 7K+ IP/s.
