How does "Automate Promote" work?

Its working, like whats so hard to understand? Set which promotion you want to upgrde and set 2 simple conditions. Min lvl gain is great for end of the run, while min time is good condition for early phase to not spam it too often.

You add lines. One for every one of the four.
There you say "do it" when you get +20 Levels (for example) AND "do it" after X minutes.
Then, after you activate it, it ddoes one after the other. And it "do it" afte all requirements are met.

I have all four at +25 Levels and 0 minutes. So it "do it" when I get +25 Levels for #1 then #2 then #3 then #4. Then it starts again from #1

Setting time to 0 is bad. At the beginning of run when you can get hundreds lvls in seconds, going in +25 cycles slows down a run. Its good to have atleast 1 or 2 second timer to get early lvls fast while not halting promotions later. Same goes for prestiges. Time limit is crucial for the fast part of infinity run.

Its changing and you have to change it often. Early i did fast resets without promotions (i pushed it down to like 3 seconds). It was best IP/min and generated fadt infinities for upgrades that are based on infinities. Once you can fill infinity bar again its time for big change and start longer runs.

You should turn it off and do manual prestigng/promoting to see tresholds and how run goes. Find optimal way and then automate it. And adjust it after buying upgrade or generator.

Atm i got prestige 1B+1s and promotions 20+3s while doing 40B IPs in 3 minute run and i have to adjust it after every generator purchase as it let me go higher. It most likely wont work for you.

So optimal setting is changing all the time and you cant just lazy copypaste it from guide.

Nothing. I assumed that's how it worked, but it wasn't working at all. So either it's not working or there was something going on I wasn't aware of.
After an update, it now works.
If I understood how Automate Prestige works, why would I not understand how Automate Promotion works?

On the discord people were saying that the recent update swapped the positions of upgrades 10.1 and 13.1 around. Auto promote was moved to 10.1 but didnt work till you bought 13.1. Hopefully its fixed now

It would be TOTALLY AWESOME if I could edit my line items I added to the "Automate Promote" section. I'm struggling to see how I can use this feature to experiment, fine tune, adjust, play with, and otherwise perfect the settings I need. Maybe I haven't played with it enough, or maybe I'm just stupid, but I'm struggling to find how tiny adjustments will impact my IP gain.

Oh, and it would also be TOTALLY AWESOME if I could save the settings for each section in "Automations" screen, and be able to load them later on.

While it would be nice, you pretty soon find out that you will set it and forget it. I set it to 20lvl/3sec in 1-2-4-3 cycle and while i can now "optimize it", getting few extra seconds in 1hour+ infinity isnt rly worth it.
