where is the auto buy infinity upgrades tree unlock

I reached my 12th Eternity to supposedly unlock the auto buy feature for the Infinity Upgrade Tree. But where is this?Do I have to toggle something on? I don't see anything for it, and it definitely doesn't auto-buy anything on its own. So am I missing something, or it is not implemented yet?

Thanks. Yup..I got taken in by the scroll requirement. I should have realized that, although I was't even looking in that spot for some reason. So I honestly don't think I would have ever found it on my own. It has been awhile since I had really unlocked anything like that, so I wasn't in that frame of mind.
