I figured lionking account where so i could play the same save file both on my android phone and my computer.

Whats linking for if not this?

That is what linking is for. You make up a name / password on the SOURCE machine first, then log in on a DESTINATION machine with the same credentials. The game will pull all your info from the SOURCE machine and put it on the DESTINATION machine so long as both remain logged into the linked account. This will happen every time the DESTINATION machine starts the game.

I don't know what happens when the DESTINATION machine's progress surpasses the SOURCE machine's progress, but I would wager it will be lost. To me this was just a way of getting the achievements on to Steam.

Ok, i did this, login first on phone and then steam, steam progress was still as brand new.

But if you cant go back and forth, ill just skip that all together because it seems useless then (to me)

Supposedly it's bugged according to other players. It's possibly also just so convoluted that it makes no sense outside of my incredibly small use case. But for those who just want to use it to get achievements on Steam, you can start the game on Steam while it's running on your phone and it will pull all the progress from the phone to steam. I know this because I just did it.

It doesnt work for me tho. It doesnt let me transfer my progress from android to the Steam version

What worked for me was linking both account (first you main account, then the second one), then saving on my phone, closing my game on phone, saving on my steam, closing my game on steam, and then re-open on steam.
Hope it works for anyone.

its not working as easily as Oni's other game, and just because you force closed and reopened the game multiple times to get it to "work" doesn't mean there's not an issue that users are having.

I would like that steam cloud is an option, im not able to have the game transfered to my gaming pc at work.
If this is an option how do i activate it ?

Doesn't change the fact that linking doesn't work for everyone, no matter how you close the game bud.
