I have played the demo to its full extend, and as a long time fan of idle / roguelite games, I can only say that your "passion about idle games" really goes to show! I loved exploring so many of the well thought out features, the way you handled automation for example is something I find amazing. I'd love to see a release, and if I could ask for one feature, then the first thing coming to my mind would be to get QoL upgrades with those EP, like allowing hotkeys for the bars on the right, allow for making sets/ keep the auto prestige setup, because at Eternity 10 (my progress so far) setting automations up is quite a big part of the time used. I also want to add that Eternities, if they get actual bonus upgrades (more IP, etc.) should get some nerfs, as I feel like they could be a part that could speed up to much too quickly (7.5d -> 0.5d -> 3h (3rd) -> 25min (9th) without upgrades). Maybe allow for earlier switch to scientific numeration earlier. I'd also keep the mults at the top. How is progress going on the release? Is anything I said unclear or could you need any other feedback, maybe on features you are unsure about? I'd love to help where I can. Oh and I personally don't care about flashy graphics, or super great looks, I love myself some minimalistic / feature focused idle games! The only thing I haven't really explored is the TF, I'd love to see where the upgrades go, maybe EPs could have a(n) upgrade(s) to assist with that a bit? Maybe more then 100% return could even be balanced, as the human part is the thing taking most time late game and not the numbers growing.
sincerely
A big fan
Edit1: I'd also enjoy it if there was a hotkey for for prestige, maybe also for promotion (1,2,3,4 for example). I found a, mostly visual, bug: After eternating the screen can be... well... not straight? The screen flips around a bit when eternating and it can get stuck in that animation. the buttons work in where they visually are and it does not go away when switching the screens and back. once it also showed 1000 septillionen IP instead of Octilionen, nothing to worry about, probably a rounding thing. For EP I'd love to see upgrades for all buy buttons for generators and stars, maybe visible on the bar on top, so that you dont have to switch the tabs for it. Maybe as a later upgrade even auto buys, mostly for gens.
But for a demo its got quite some content.
Oh and one tip: do not prestige or promote too quickly when you first get the chance, wait a bit, you will understand why. It is said in the "help" bar, but I didnt understand that until after I did it.
The update of today, which (what I noticed, until I just finally had to give you some feedback) reordered the register on the right, nice and I think we got a notice about the lvls of the promotions. Both were nice, the latter one a great QoL thing, it really was a bit of a pain.
If I would have to ask for sth, then it would be to get some numbers for 5;1, a language fix for 18;1 (its not "divided by one" but rather the "taking the reciprocal value" so not x/1 but 1/x... Idk how that works as in being common language knowledge, maybe there is a better way of saying it. I for myself would probably like formulas everywhere, but maybe that ruins some immersion.
TL;DR:
Love the release and the changes, like the in game purchases and you did a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good job man.
So many releases fail to make people happy, I was worried about this one too, but it's lovely.
