Ive tried to get support from the steam store and opened a ticket but not got any help! I can't run this I get no d3d card found help please

I had a D3D error everytime I started the game. No solution on the internet worked. Including changing the resoluton of my screen or forcing it in steam to run in my resolution. But I managed to fix this problem by going into the game folder (Steam » Steamapps » common » Pet Vet Friends in Need). If you open the TAPLand file it will have a set resolution. I changed these numbers to mine (which is 1366 x 768), saved it and that worked. If you haven't tried this, I hope it works for you too. (:
