Accessing Toolset

Might anyone provide some advice on how to access the NwN 2 Toolset through steam? I can not find a .exe for the it anywhere within my steamapps folder nor is there an option from Steam itself.
Foregoing that, does anyone know how to up the party limit for player-made characters in SoZ outside of editing the module files via toolset.

Disregard. I have found it. Had not even realized there was an option for Tools within my library.

Console command "rs_ga_party_limit" can be used instead of actua;lly setting the stored global variable.

rs_ga_party_limit 6

Raises the party limit size to 6 characters

next time you do a disreguard be clearer on what you did, it actually is a kinda issue. goto large icons on top of steam, library, 7 th down, tools(70)- under this list is never winter nights 2 map edditor, right click and download. it may have more to it, but I have to learn that much myself.
