How to boost Appraise skill?

So far I know of:
- fox's cunning +4 int (+2 skill)
- the bard song inspire competence (2/4/6 skill depending on bard level)
- luck stone amulet +1 skill

I took some notes a few years back up to 25 appraise on mechant prices.
But I can't figure out how I got my skill so high. I can only get it to 21 now.

I don't know if I'm missing a spell or item.

It's also possible I temporarely leveled up my character back then just to test the price scaling. In which case I should continue with 21 appraise and dump my inventory already.

Ah, got it. It was Greater Heroism for another +4 (level 5 bard)

Sand sells gloves of appraisal I believe they add +3 and there might be +6 ones out there.
