Can you refill your jerrycan?
I've been trying to refuel them by dragging the jerrycan over the gas refueling but it doesn't seem to work, is there no way to refuel them?

I have yet to find a way to refuel them myself, I just use them up then discard/sell them for nothing.

Yeah they need a way to fill them up at gas stations. They were literally invented so you could fill up gas at the gas station and take it with you. For a game that's essentially realistic they messed this part up and the ability to discard drugs. As if somehow I'm physically incapable of doing that.

Totally a miss on a basic thing like jerrycans. Maybe it'll get added.
I'm lead to believe however, that there may be more the game wants you to do or not lose out on since there's more than just drugs that you can't discard. Especially considering one way learning curves.

The reason you cant refill jerrycans is a gameplay based decision between convenience and cost. Just like carrying a toolkit has limited uses, which is silly if it was an actual toolkit. The goal is getting you to balance space, cost, and convenience. Making toolkits infinite or jerrycans refillable would drastically alter those equations.

I don't buy this. Better to re-balance the game and/or the items than to break immersion like this. Also, you would need to pay for the gas anyway. Just have them store less gas, or take more space, or add a negative, or something. It is not about making the game easier, it is about realism.

I agree!
Maaaybe adjust the gas prices to fit it better? It would still requiere space in your truck to store it, and you'll still pay the same amount of gas for it. I don't see much issue in refilling them breaking game balance and it would help the inmersion a lot

Another thing: if you cannot refill them, why do they remain in your inventory when empty? Why not just remove them, as is done with books? They are worth 0 credits when empty, so what possible use could they have, other than to make people think they can be refilled?
