Having an issue with seats for muscle car

I don't know why but I can't put my backseats back up like bruh, I had a hitchhiker (the runaway bride btw) AND I WANT TO TAKE HER SO BAD.

So can someone please explain to me why I can't put the seat back up or is my game just bugged?

Both backseats need to be empty.

Yeah, I just figured that out minutes after posting this. Nvm, my bad. Also, the recent update made muscle car actually have 3 seats, right? (the front seat, since 1.0.1 is bugged out)
