How do quests work? I can't seem to visit Grandma

When you press the pin on the logbook, it should tell you the location where you need to go.

I believe I'm in the right location, outside the hospital, and theres a question mark there too, just nothing triggers

Heyhey! Would you mind describing the problem a bit more? Is the quest not triggering when you are at the correct location?

There is nothing triggering no, I can see the question mark but theres
no interaction. The quest tells me I'm in the right location.

Have you tried traveling to another location first and then back to the quest location to see if it will trigger the interaction from Grandma?

Same thing happened to me, need to leave and come back, defo a bug
