Sound stutters constantly on Asus Laptop

Almost every scene I go into starts with the sound going robot. After a few clicks it sorts itself out but might want to look into that. Sound bugs are 99% of the errors in AAA games and their memory leaks.

Im also having issues getting past the first opening scene. It stops after i talk to the queen at the begining.
