May I ask which emulator and which settings you used then? I prefer the PS2 pad controls tbh.
I'd link but I don't think Steam likes links to emulation stuff, so I'm not going to risk it, but it's easy enough to find.
I went ahead and purchased this one too. I know the devs aren't really getting money for it, but I figured I'd kick a few bucks more just to show love for the game. Shame the 2nd one never came to PC.
I never really liked the second one.
Running win 10 x64 here. Direct x 7 won't ruin your dx 9,10,11 or 12. It just updates specific files. If you have the option to not install dx 7 then take it if it bothers you that much. Runs right off the bat on x64. Like all 32 bit apps.
