Summoner 3 [Proposal]

Just wrote a rather lengthy letter in proposal to THQ Nordic for Summoner 3, I'm hoping I get a bite. What do you think about crowdfunding this release? With recent success of other concepts I don't see how this would be impossible.

Getting the current intellectual property owner to give permission. That's been the problem as they haven't been responsive to written requests (yet). As soon as I'm able I guess I'll try to do it by phone. Maybe I can get a human being to actually communicate at last.

Posting on their official forums and a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of @'s on Twitter and FB would probably be the best start, maybe with something from petition.org too to link to.

theres the question what do yall want to see? personally id take a remake but with additional content maybe a few more zones or side quests I always felt there was so much more story. Id also be happy with a sequel

I'd be more then happy with a remake, even better if they would pull off a remake of both games, but especially of the first one

I want both equally lol. I want a remaster of the original so it actually runs on my PC without a million workarounds AND I want a remake of the original that matches other performance standards of today, with maybe a few small combat tweaks.

What combat tweaks? Seems the combat system is pretty efficient.

What combat tweaks? Seems the combat system is pretty efficient.

I find it to be a little clunky and dated, menus and animations could use some streamlining, but it would be fine if left untouched as well.

its been a while since ive looked at a guide for summoner but i remember a few abilities being useless or nonfunctional

I think at some point I've used every single spell in the book, even the light one where its just a light shinning, its kinda nice for some flavour.
Useless useless I'd say its single target bless tho xD

I swear if we can get the hype train behind this franchise, even though nobody remembers it, the masses would be all over an under the radar, cult classic, dark-RPG revival. People love that sort of thing right now!!
