About dlc

I heard that dlc about announcer, yuriko would be released later at the dl site.
My question is, would the dlc be released simultaneously with the main game?
I'm afraid that it would be impossibe for korean's to buy the dlc if the dlc comes out later after the main game's release, because of the korea's censorship.
