As Seen on TV CANNOT FINISH

So, I've completed this mission twice, and even though all the other comms towers are destroyed, Lassar goes into the last one that has been captured much earlier in the game and says he's commencing the broadcast as you'd expect but the mission never finishes... I went around for 3 minutes and sold all my buildings and nothing. As I said, I've completed this mission twice and it seems the end of it is bugged and I can't move onto the snow missions that I know from the original game are next... help?

As far as I can see, you want Lassar to capture the first tower and enter it, then once he has been in it for a minute a too he will say "Oh no they are on to us. The enemy is broadcasting a jamming signal, multiple sources close by! It must be those other comm towers" Then you get a new mission objective to knock out the remaining 3 towers. It then takes a little while once those are destroyed for the mission to be completed.

It sounds a bit based on your text that "Lassar goes into the last one that been captured much earlier in the game" that you are either sending him into THE LAST one that you captured when you really only need to capture THE FIRST one, get a new objective, and then DESTROY (Not capture!) the remaining ones, but I cant see what you did so I would not really know.

I locked myself once in this game too once in one of the ice missions due to some garrison ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Also lastly, im not sure if this is required but I think its best to capture the first tower using LASAR himself and NOT a random technician that you built.

(Also, you obviously want to capture the FIRST tower and make lasar enter it BEFORE destroying the other towers, if you destroy all the towers or capture them etc except one of them and then send him in at the very end then it makes sense that the game would bug out.)

The tower that you describe as the LAST ONE should be THE FIRST (And Only!) one that you captured, which makes me think that u did something wrong.

So you destroyed all the COMM towers (except the one in the beginning that you captured), you THEN send LASSAR into the one that you captured much earlier after you destroyed the other 3 already, then he says that he is commiting a broadcast which he should not say at the end of the game but right when you captured the first tower, BEFORE you destroy the other 3.

So basically you messed up. I can tell that at this point. You want to send Lassar into
the first one right after capturing it and get a new mission objective that you probably havent seen yet.

The irony of this is actually HILARIOUS. You litteraly fail the broadcast because you destroyed jamming towers. To win you actually haft to be a dumbass and start the broadcast even though you know it will fail, then destroy the jamming towers. Yeah its moronic I know.

Yeah I'll try again lol, never had any problems with this mission when I was 7yrs old when the game came out =)
And yeah my wording wasn't the best, I'm pretty sure I captured the first tower (the one to the immediate right of the Command Centre [sorry I'm Australian, we say Centre =D]) then I began the broadcast, he tells me I have to destroy the rest and that's what I did I'm pretty sure. Under no circumstances did I capture more than the first one. I'll give it another go I suppose =)
