Is "Z" the 96 version still coming?

I remember not long ago seeing both Z and Z Steel Soldiers on the coming soon list. I hope it hasn't been cancelled as that's an instant purchase for me.

Probably not, seeing that you probably mean the 95 version and that there never was a 96 version to begin with...

Either than that, the re-release of Z is pretty low quality-wise and there are legal reasons they are not just re-releasing the old game using Dosbox. So why in the world would you want a remake of the 95 version? Haven't we suffered enough with the current slew of crappy re-releases on steam lately?

No Mr Pedantic I mean the 96 version (as not long ago a game called Z was on the "coming soon" list of the store page) and I did not ask about a remake nor a debate on your opinion of the Steam release schedule.

Can you please enlighten us to what exactly was in this Z 96 game then? I'm pretty sure you're getting confused as there was Z, Z:95, and the expansions to Z:95, then 5 years later the sequel Z: Steel Soldiers was released.

Yeah I think he means the original DOS version that was released in 1996, before the Z95 that was released for windows but it might just have wooshed me too :/

Z95 is Z for Windows 95 rather than pure DOS (for those still confused like me...)
