End game won't trigger + crash when entering menu

Currently experiencing a critical bug, where the end of game won't trigger. All family members are on the board locked up, but the end of game won't trigger. The evidence that you start the game with still says the shadowy figure will come when I have 9 more blood relatives on the board, so it seems that the game is stuck in a previous plot state.

This may be because of another bug, which is that the game crashes when entering the settings menu. This is what prevented the shadowy figure from arriving earlier, as I entered the menu to adjust volume when the radio broadcast started. This menu crashing is consistent behavior, although the game works otherwise fine.

I am on Windows 11, with a GeForce GTX 960 graphics card and Intel i5 CPU. The game log report is below.

Sent. For the record, managed to finish the game on a new save by avoiding interrupting the crucial bit(s) of story (the radio broadcast etc.), which prevented this problem from occurring.
